OUR HISTORY

Herold's has been family owned and part of The Valley since 1890. The Farm was started by John Herold Sr and is now run by his Great Grandson Ray along with his wife Diane. Over the years it has evolved from a small road side stand to what we are today. Our staff is knowledgeable about our products and we pride ourselves on our customer service.

HOW WE GROW

We farm 14 greenhouses and one field high tunnel which provide extended season production so we can supply fresh vegetable plants and flowers grown right here in our backyard as early as April despite the cold North Eastern springs.

We also grow a mixed variety of field vegetables through the summer and mums in the fall over about 20 acres. We are especially known in the community for our wide variety of high quality tomatoes and peppers
